As a young child, I wondered why grass grew up to the sky in the spring.
Then I discovered that green photosynthesis grows life's nurturing green chlorophyll molecules to lift all life up to light,
to activate and to lift every living green plant on earth up to light of our sun enough to grow upwards ....
and for life to produce enough for any self of any definition to consume enough...to satisfy basic needs enough ........
to grow heaven on earth instead….
I wanted to reach up for the sun also....for my sun's warm flows of photons to warm, free and comfort me......
when I discovered that green photosynthetic plants keep me alive,
green producing oxygen enough as fragile, breathable O2,
photosynthetic oxygen as uncounted, uncountable flows of O2
to breathe enough for me to survive minute to minute....
& green forests filtering my uncounted, cooling flows & cycles of air & water as O2 & H2O that I breathe and drink
enough to survive minute to minute and day to day, generation to generation and more ….
But Ironically....after exploring mountains and beaches in Oregon freely as a child…
and after discovering that my mom and dad worked very hard to nurture their children with care without pay ....
without pay measured in artificial mechanical rates of American dollars.......
I discovered that ironically, that
our human cash system of mechanical cash counts the most critical flows, currents for life the least...and the least critical walls obstructing flows the most......
That was puzzling.
So I dug deeper to find more details, values, meaning..

to crush life on earth,
to crush logic,
to cause war crushing life and logic for profit
to crush life's logic and critical flows of information on earth...
while fossil fuels conspire of by for privatized profiteering to crush life on earth...... human cashflow floods crushing life and logic,
illogically crushing nature’s abilities to grow upwards toward light enough to produce enough critical flows enough to keep human cities alive day to day and minute to minute.......

That's not nice.
Humans need nature's critical but uncountable flows, cycles to survive day to day and minute to minute.....

In retrospect, humans have used human cash systems as a important tool
to build great human cities and great human civilizations for thousands of years.

explosive emotional button firestorms of our lower more primitive brain
can also crush and destroy the ability of nature's fragile but critical living cells, seeds, seedlings, soils
to reach up toward fragile light of our sun enough

for humans to consume enough to produce enough to keep any economy of any definition alive......

So human cities rise and fall.
So human civilizations rise and fall.
I know that if human cities learned to count more than artificial, mechanical rates of privatized cashflow floods crushing life on earth....
and learned to value the invaluable but uncountable, enriching flows & cycles & genius of nature's productivity enough
to activate and nurture nature’s positive giving potentials to produce enough for nature to nurture life's genius..... to grow wonders of nature now enough to grow heaven on earth instead....
then humans could grow heaven on earth instead.
Can America learn to stop causing hell on earth….and grow heaven on earth instead?
Can America learn to reach far beyond the thick, dense, obstructive walls, barriers, tolls and erroneous assumptions
that humans erect to keep the private self in and the other out......
to reach far beyond the obvious enough
to discover nature's inspiring wonders enough
to grow heaven on earth instead?
Can we redefine our word "eco+nomic" as more than mechanical rates of deadly cashflow floods crushing life on earth?

We need to count and value nature and life....but

The last terrifying upheaval that corrected our "economic" system was the Great Depression of the 1930s
when cash-driven corporate profiteers looted America and
privatized cash- profiteering became more important than the ability of the land to produce,
causing the Dust Bowl of the 1930s....
so that our US Congress learned to act,
to respond to desperate deadly needs wants chaos in our nation,
to meet the need for a public nation

But history repeats its self over and over again because

My religion taught me that every action causes an outcome....
